This mouthwash is made with water, certified organic witch hazel, baking soda, Himalayan salt, xylitol and spearmint essential oil, with no fluoride, no SLS and no glycerin. It comes in an 8 oz recyclable amber glass bottle with an aluminum lid, good for about 50 uses.
It suits anyone who wants a simpler ingredient list than a typical drugstore mouthwash, or who prefers to skip alcohol and artificial dyes in something they swish and spit. The spearmint oil keeps it tasting clean and minty rather than medicinal, and the salt and baking soda base gives it a light, mineral edge instead of the usual sharp burn.
Shake well before each use since the ingredients can settle. Take about a teaspoon, swish for 2 to 3 minutes, then spit and rinse with water. Store the bottle upright in a cool spot, and keep it out of reach of small children since it is meant to be spit out, not swallowed.
